At Trimaarg, your satisfaction means everything to us. We craft each piece with love and intention, and we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unworn and unused

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • You have a valid proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at founder@trimaarg.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

🚫 Non-returnable Items

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used jewelry

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

 

📦 Damaged or Wrong Products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
